What is a Modular Sanctuary?
A Modular Sanctuary is a private wellness pod designed to create a calm, restorative space in your own backyard. Each unit is built to support nervous system regulation through practices like infrared sauna, cold therapy, meditation, and stillness.
What models do you offer?
We currently offer:

2-Person Sauna Pod
Optional upgrades are available
What are the payment terms?
Our standard terms are:
50% deposit to secure your build 25% upon completion of external structure
25% upon internal completion (prior to dispatch)
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Currently we deliver to Queensland, NSW + Victoria. Please ask us for a quote through our trusted partners.
Final placement on site (e.g. crane or tilt tray) is arranged by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Is installation included?
Our pods are designed to be plug-and-go.
You may require:
A qualified electrician for hardwiring (if selected we can accomodate - please request a quote). Site preparation (level ground or slab) We provide guidance to make this process simple.
How long does it take to build?
Build times vary depending on demand and customisation, typically: 6-10 weeks from deposit We'll provide a more accurate timeframe upon enquiry
Do I need council approval?
Requirements vary depending on your location. We recommend checking with your local council regarding regulations before purchase. However most places no do not need council approval for buildings under 10 square metres.
How does the ice bath work?
The ice bath can be filled using standard tap water. We do not recommend rainwater, as it may contain bacteria or contaminants that affect hygiene and water quality.

Is it safe for everyone to use?
Our products are designed for general wellness use. However, sauna and cold therapy may not be suitable for everyone. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions.
